Outsource Solutions is a business process outsourcing firm specializing in government insuring, post closing, funding support, transactional due diligence and compliance review services to our clients in the residential mortgage industry. We have been in business since 2000 and have several top national originators, aggregators and servicers as well as several regional banks and correspondent lenders as current clients.
Our company has been built (management recruited, systems built) to take any of or all of our client's post closing/back office process and transform it into a superbly managed process that is 100% variable with respect to cost. For some clients, we simply manage the receipt of trailing documents and their delivery to Investors. For other clients, we manage the entire post closing process, directing the loans from funding to servicing. For our clients on the purchase side of loan sale transactions, we manage the loan purchase file review and exception identification process. This process is directed by our post closing due diligence management and staff and is supported by software enabling our clients to provide seller specific eligibility parameters, stips and criteria into our loan review process and produce customized purchase eligibility determinations which reflects these criteria.
